WOBURN RENOVATION

The Woburn Renovation was a half‑house upgrade in Woburn, Lower Hutt, focused on improving layout, comfort and finish quality throughout the home. The project reconfigured the entry, family bathroom, four bedrooms, ensuite and walk‑in wardrobe to create a more functional and cohesive internal flow.

Interior walls were fully relined and painted, and the existing timber floors were sanded and refinished to restore warmth and character.
